UXSPI may pop a message 'cimprovagt.exe has stopped working' - IBM Servers

This behavior will be corrected in UXSPI 9.41.
The target date for this release is scheduled for third quarter 2013.
The file is or will be available by selecting the appropriate Product Group, type of System, Product name, Product machine type, and operating system on IBM Support's Fix Central web page, at the following URL:
It will not affect UXSPI functions, the compare and update process will continue.
The message 'cimprovagt.exe has stopped working' may pop up in UXSPI during update or compare, but it will not affect UXSPI functions.
Users can ignore this warning message.
