Unsanitized web application variables allow a remote authenticated user to execute unauthorized commands as root.

Due to certain web application variables not being sanitized, it may be possible for someone with a valid user ID and password for the system to craft a URL that ultimately allows them to remotely execute commands on the system as root, even if the original user ID did not have root access.
