MegaRAID Storage Manager disk write cache policy incorrectly defaults to 'Unchanged' - IBM System x, BladeCenter, Flex System

In MegaRAID Storage Manager version 12.05.03 and prior, the default Disk Cache Policy is 'Unchanged' when creating a Virtual Disk through the Advanced configuration.

This behavior has been corrected in MegaRAID Storage Manager version 13.04.04.00.

The Disk Cache Policy should be changed to 'Disabled' when creating a RAID configuration.
(where RAID = Redundant Array of Independent Disks)
The default Disk Cache Policy should always be 'Disabled' when creating a Virtual Drive attached a RAID controller. This is to prevent loss of data in case of a power failure.
