    Support for hardware
    IBM is starting to move hardware support from ESC+ to IBM Service Request (SR). If you sign in and see hardware functions are available to you, then you can participate as an early adopter and use SR to submit your hardware service requests.

    Otherwise, you should continue to use ESC+ for hardware and firmware service requests.
