To request enablement of Utility CoD, visit the Utility Capacity on Demand page and perform the following steps.
- Click the Enable Utility CoD link in the activities section.
- Complete and verify the Request to enable Utility CoD form and click the Submit button.
- The Thank you for the request screen appears, confirming your request with Utility CoD.
What's Next?
Once you have completed the steps listed above, Utility CoD team will verify the information and Utility CoD enablement code should be generated and e-mailed to you within 1 hour.
This code will also be posted on the look up codes for future reference.
How do I disable Utility CoD?
To request disable of Utility CoD, visit the Utility Capacity on Demand page and perform the following steps.
- Click the Disable Utility CoD link in the activities section.
- Complete and verify the Request to disable Utility CoD form and click the Submit button.

- Complete and verify the Report use of Utility CoD processor minutes, Resource Identifier, and click the Submit button.
- The Thank you for the request screen appears, confirming your request with Utility CoD.

- Click the Lookup Utility CoD codes link in the activities section.
- Complete and verify the Lookup Utility CoD codes form and click the Submit button.
- The results screen appears with all the enablement and disablement codes.
How do I enable Utility CoD if my country requires a signed contract?
To request enablement of Utility CoD for a country that requires a signed contract, visit the Utility Capacity on Demand page and perform the following steps.
- Click the Enable Utility CoD link in the activities section.
- Complete and verify the Request to enable Utility CoD form and click the Submit button.
- You must read and accept the terms and conditions, print and sign the document.
- Fax the singed printed document to the following fax number: 1-507-253-7979
