International warranty service (IWS)
This site provides general information at the Machine Type level, it does not provide warranty information for IBM features, conversions, upgrades, elements, or accessories. The warranty start and end dates in this site are a calculation based on the date the product ships from IBM not the actual product installation. Your rights and IBM's obligations regarding IBM Machine warranties are governed solely by the IBM Statement of Limited warranty that ships with your Machine or the IBM agreement under which you acquired your machine. This site also provides any eServicePac offerings that have been purchased for your machine.
