    Notice: Minor disruptions for hardware Service requests
    Due to a scheduled upgrade on 24th July between 20:00 (CET) and 23:00 (CET), users in the below listed countries will not be able to use SR to submit hardware service requests. No other countries will be affected.

    Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Cyprus and Turkey.

    Please use the local telephone support numbers to place service request for these countries during this period.
