    Support for hardware
    IBM is moving hardware support from ESC+ to IBM Service Request (SR). If you have been notified you are migrating to SR, sign in and start using SR to submit your hardware service requests.

    If you have not received a migration notification, you should continue to use ESC+ for hardware and firmware service requests until you are notified.
