Notice: Minor disruptions
Due to a scheduled upgrade on 5th July 2015 between 05:00 (CET) and 07:30 (CET), users will not be able to use SR to submit hardware service requests for: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Tunisia, Morocco, Pakistan, Egypt, Serbia, Ukraine, Angola, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Tanzania. No other countries will be affected.
Please use the local telephone support numbers to place service request for these countries during this period.

Support for hardware
IBM Service Request now includes the ability to submit problems for IBM hardware products. ESC+ users have been migrated over to SR and can sign in today to submit hardware service requests.
