    Notice: Minor disruptions today (Aug 2nd) between 00:00am to 12:00pm EST
    We are making upgrades to our environment that will cause delays processing software service requests. There is NO impact to hardware problem submission. Software issues may experience up to a 12 hour delay.

    Support for hardware
    IBM Service Request now includes the ability to submit problems for IBM hardware products. ESC+ users have been migrated over to SR and can sign in today to submit hardware service requests.

    Customers with Toshiba and Lenovo PC products should refer to this article for more information.
