Notice: Minor disruptions for SOFTWARE and HARDWARE service requests
SOFTWARE maintenance: Due to a scheduled maintenance on 01 April 2017 starting around 09:00 AM US ET, users will not be able to use SR to submit software service requests. The outage is scheduled to complete prior to 7:00PM US ET
HARDWARE maintenance: Due to a scheduled upgrade on 01 April 2017 between 12:00 PM UTC and 16:00 PM UTC, users in the below listed countries will not be able to use SR to submit hardware service requests. No other countries will be affected.
Spain,Portugal,Greece,Cyprus,Israel,Turkey and Italy.
Please use the local telephone support numbers to place service request for these countries during this period.
