Notice: Minor disruptions for hardware Service requests
Due to a scheduled upgrade on January 21st 2017, between 20:00 and 02:00 (CET), users in the below listed countries will not be able to use SR to submit hardware service requests. No other countries will be affected.
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Tunisia, Morocco, Pakistan, Egypt, Serbia, Ukraine, Angola, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates,Tanzania, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Curacao and Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago and also Suriname.
