Notice: Minor disruptions for hardware Service requests
Due to a scheduled upgrade on 6th February 2016 between 22:00 (CET) and 23:59 (CET), users in the below listed countries will not be able to use SR to submit hardware service requests. No other countries will be affected
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Tunisia, Morocco, Pakistan, Egypt, Serbia, Ukraine, Angola, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Tanzania.
